My experience with T25 & Vanilla Shakeology

I have been up & down on yo-yo diets since I was 15. My highest weight was 205 & my lowest was 135 in my adult life. I have been through all of the commercial diet programs & have never actually caught a passion like I have now. In early June, I met a lady named Krystle who introduced me to shakeology & invited me to join her shakeology challenge. I was in a Facebook “secret” group with 6 other females who were also challenged to drink shakeology daily & post their fitness goals as well as receive accountability & support from each other & our coach, Krystle. During this challenge, I lost 14lbs. & 15 inches!! I was just walking my dog daily, eating healthy, & drinking a vegan chocolate shake that tasted like HEAVEN!

When my coach went on vacation, she asked for a person to lead the group. I was more than willing to do this & learned something about myself I never knew! I, too, am an awesome motivator & love to help & support others along their new lifestyle! My coach called me & said “Rita!! U are amazing!” U have a passion to help others & I want you to join my team!

On July 2nd, I decided to take the plunge! I signed up to be a Team Beachbody coach so I too could help others learn the healthy ways to take control of their life & be happy! Beachbody also came out with a new flavor, vanilla for shakeology & had a new workout program called “T25”. It is a high intensity training program that Shaun T instructs 5 days a week 25 minutes a day with a 3 minute cool down each time.  I purchased the T25 challenge pack which included the shakeology as well. I have already lost 10 more lbs. & 10 inches!!! I am amazed at how fast time flies when u are having FUN!! Yes, I said FUN! I FINALLY HAVE FUN WORKING OUT & my energy levels are through the ROOF!!! It is an amazing feeling that I have & I want to help others feel the same way I feel & reach their goals!

I Battle Cancer, and that is Why I Joined Team Beach Body -April Brewster Smythe

I have been told numerous times since my diagnosis last November that exercise helps cancer survivors. And, it only stands to reason that good nutrition would add to health of any person who is fighting a serious illness like cancer. So, when my daughter, Rita told me about Shakeology, it sounded like the right type of nutritional shake that would help me in my battle. I also liked the idea of exercise in my own home. I had tried a personal trainer who was supposed to be educated in cancer- but she told me on the first round that her real agenda was to get me to do these exercises on my own. Not really what I had wanted. I could pay myself 40 dollars an hour to do it on my own. I continued to seek out a way to combine good nutrition, exercise, and accountability. I think I have found it.
